LIL' DRAGONS (AGES 4-6) - There is nothing better for a developing child than martial arts training. From the earliest years, these young ones will be introduced to discipline, focus, respect, confidence, goal setting and self-esteem through accomplishment. Our Lil'
Dragons curriculum gives young children the motor skills and foundation that they will need to continue their martial arts training later on. Classes are fun, dynamic and will keep your child wanting to come back to class every day.(Classes are Monday & Wednesday 5:15-5:45 pm)
YOUTH BEGINNER (AGES 7-12) - Martial Arts training has so many valuable benefits for children. It teaches kids how to focus, to listen and to respect themselves and others. With growth and repetition, our Youth Beginner program helps them see that daily accomplishments and hard work can turn into future successes. Our instructors make each class fun and engaging, while teaching in a safe, disciplined and structured learning environment. Besides the great self-defense benefits of martial arts training, our Youth Beginner program will help develop future leaders with positive attitudes that will carry over to all aspects of their life, both at home and at school. (Classes are Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:00pm)
ADULT BEGINNER (AGES 13 & Up) - It is never too late to change our life. For adults, martial arts training will increase flexibility, coordination and your overall physical shape. It is fun a fun and empowering way to stay active and keep in good health. Many adults say that their martial arts experience is without a doubt the most powerful and fulfilling activity in their lives. It is, also, an excellent way to share something in common with your children. If you are a parent of one of our younger students, stop watching from the sidelines and take a journey with your children that you will able able to share and remember for life. For Teenagers and Young Adults, martial arts training provides a positive environment with great role models. It teaches them to be independent thinkers and make good decisions. We have some adult students who are well over 60+ years young! It is never too late to get started. If you currently are suffering challenges with your back, chronic joint problems or arthritis, there is no reason why you shouldn't enjoy martial arts training. We can modify as needed to meet any condition. (Classes are Monday & Wednesday 5:45-6:20pm)
KARDIO KICKBOXING (Ages 15 & Up) - This high energy, fast-paced fitness program will help you build cardiovascular endurance, burn calories and tone your entire body fast! With the up-beat music pumping, class begins with basic kickboxing punching and kicking combos and ends with strength building floor exercises. No worries, you don't already have to be in top shape to begin this journey, each person is able to work at his/her own pace and build up over time. Have Fun, Lose Weight and Get Healthy. (Classes are Monday & Wednesday 6:20-7:00pm)
POWER TONING (Ages 15 & Up) - This class is a perfect compliment to Kardio Kickboxing. This body sculpting class takes you step by step through custom workouts designed to target your upper & lower body and core. Power Toning is Fun and is very effective way to build strength and tone up without getting bulky and muscle bound. (Classes are Monday & Wednesday 7:10-7:40pm)
BODY BY YOU-THE 6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION (Ages 15 & Up) - In just 6 short weeks you can totally transform the way you look and feel. The BBY program is not a gimmicky, flavor of the month program that promises you the moon and gives you nothing in return. It requires hard work, dedication and commitment, but the rewards are something truly remarkable. It's a complete immersion program with classes meeting 5 days a week from 6:30-7:00am. In addition to the workouts, we offer with this program a Success Guide which offers an eating plan and tips for success. We offer the BODY BY YOU program several times throughout the year, give us a call to find out when the next one will be offered.
BODY BY YOU-MINI TRANSFORMATION (Ages 15 & Up) - Just like its full size program, the Body By You Mini offers all the great benefits but in a small bite size package. Where Body By You is 5 days per week for a full 6 weeks, the Mini version is only 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and runs for 3 weeks at the same times as Body By You. In addition to the workouts, we offer with this program a Success Guide which offers an eating plan and tips for success. We offer the BODY BY YOU MINI program several times throughout the year and are scheduled at the completion of the Body By You 6 Week Transformation.
